Exercises for home
With Coaches Hamm and Leyba
All grades do these assigned exercises with your parents if possible. These should be done every day or at least three times a week. A good cool-down exercise is walking for 20 minutes. Drink plenty of water.

For the students without technology, they can do the following skills. Remember to have your parents be involved. These are great, fundamental skills which give students proper agility. By doing these skills they can allow everyone to excel at multiple sports, as students mature and grow. Continue to jump rope. With or without a jump rope as a warm-up. Before proceeding with the following skills. Do at least 30 seconds.

Running in place for 30 sec.

Jumping jacks for 30 sec.

Planks must be held for 15 sec.

Mountain climbers for 30 sec.

Stationary squats for 30 sec.

Lunge as many times as you can for 30 sec.

Pushups as many as you can for 30 sec.

Hope everyone is staying safe. This week we will be following along with a basic 15 min review video for all age groups. Due to the heat the work out is only 15 minutes. Remember to drink plenty of water. For older students try to repeat the workout at your own pace for a solid 30 min workout.
Kids and adult workout video
Students who can not follow along online can do this workout.
1. Jog in place for 30 count
2. 5 push ups
3. 5 squat jumps
4. 5 push ups
5. 30 jumping jacks
Rest and get water
Try to do workout 3 times twice a week.

First, if any students have a jump rope, jump for 30sec. before doing the skills three times. students without jump ropes can pretend,
and move as if you had one, again do the exercises three times.

Exercises for home
For this week students can pick 2 or more videos from the list below. These videos are easy to follow along with for all ages. This week we will try to focus on specific body parts, being active, and getting stronger.

For students without access to the internet we will try to maintain a similar goal.
1.jog in place for 30 seconds or 30 count
2. Do 5 push-ups
3. Do 5 sit-ups
Rest for 1 min.
4.jog for 30 seconds
5. 10 squat jumps
6. Plank for 15 seconds
Rest for 2 min
7.20 jumping jacks
8. 5 push-ups
9. Plank for 15 seconds
10. 5 more push-ups
Rest, get water, try to repeat all 10 steps again. Students can mix it up and try to do all 10 steps in the morning and then again at night 2 days this week.
